James is a corporate associate who specialises in private M&A, joint ventures, corporate re-organisations and equity fundraisings. James acts for clients within a range of sectors but has a particular interest and focus in financial services and the energy sector.
James advises clients across a broad range of sectors, with a specific focus on financial services (having spent time on secondment with leading insurance broker The Ardonagh Group) and the energy sector. James has advised a variety of UK and international clients, having undertaken an international secondment with the firm's Singapore corporate department.
